Leeds Engineering Vacancies
On Site Coded Welder/Fabricator
Time served welder with NVQ level 3 or equivalent
Experience working with a variety of metals including carbon, duplex, nickel, stainless, aluminium & hardox
Must be highly skilled in all welding processes MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW in all positions
Minimum 5 years experience working on large construction sites & nuclear power plants (we do not employ workshop lads)
Proven experience working on pressure vessels, pipework, structural steel & heavy excavators
Strong understanding of technical drawings & welding procedures
Current or previous 6G coding (TIG root SMAW fill cap)
Current or previous 4G coding in SMAW using 7018 rods
Gold CSCS card or CCNSG ACE card
Clean driving license
Must be physically fit & healthy (no piss heads)

Trainee On Site Coded Welder/Fabricator
Must be 21 years old or older due to insurance purposes & the dangerous environments we work in
Experience working on construction sites or a heavy engineering environment advantageous
Any welding experience advantageous
CSCS card advantageous
Clean driving license advantageous
Must be physically fit & healthy (no piss heads)

Contracts Manager/Sales
Must have clean driving license
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a previous contracts managerial role
Must have experience working in the construction or heavy engineering industry
Must be proficient in reading technical drawings & understand welding procedures
Must be able to aid in the completion of WPQR's & WQT certificates
Must be able to draught up RAMS & healthy safety policies for site welding works
Support the company in in maintaining compliance with BS ISO 3834-2 certification
Must be a charismatic communicator that can talk to anyone
CSCS card advantageous
